8 SIMPLE STEPS ON HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR SKIN

  1. Start by understanding your skin type. Everyone's skin is different, and it is important to know if you have oily, dry, or combination skin in order to choose the right products.
  2. Cleanse your face at least twice a day. Use a gentle cleanser in the morning, after working out, and at night to remove dirt, oil, and impurities from your skin.
  3. Exfoliate regularly. Dead skin cells can build up on the surface of your skin, causing it to look dull and uneven. Use a cleanser with an exfoliant every week to remove these cells and reveal brighter, smoother skin.
